I don't recall many times where I've NOT been jealous of someone else in my life... can you relate to this? Everyone always seems to have all the things that we want, which makes it hard to appreciate the things that we have cause we're always chasing what someone else has. Jealousy and envy are truly poisonous - how can we live a happy life if we spend our time wishing that we had someone else's life? In this episode, I openly share how jealousy has impacted me both in the past and recently. It can be hard to admit, but it's the first step to be able to heal and move on from these emotions. It's not easy to move on from jealousy when it's a feeling you've experienced your whole life, so I share ways to try and cope so that I can enjoy and appreciate the things that I have :) Happy listening!
