Welcome to the first episode of trauma to soul. We're going to delve into the human psyche on the way to self-love, self-validation, and authentic living. The first episode is with my really good friend Mandy van Gran; she is an exceptionally gifted writer. When you look at our Instagram feed, there is an elegant beauty to her words and images. There's a depth of soul clarity and insightfulness that just awakens you. She also has her column on the elephant journal. Mandy had sent me an article she wrote right before it was published about love addiction. And after reading the article, I felt like I was at my first love addicts meeting; it was so well written, so insightful, and kind of shine some light on things that I really didn't want to have to take a look at. So we decided to fire up the microphones, we just started talking. By the time we looked up, two and a half hours have passed, and it felt like 10 minutes; there's an incredibly great flow throughout the whole episode, because it's so long, we're going to cut it up into eight shorter segments. We're going to get started with the first one right now. So sit back and enjoy. Instagram: @traumatosoul Instagram: @joeryan Instagram: @mandymusings

Evolving Minds with Phil Hampton Evolving Minds with Phil Hampton Welcome Soul Family, A podcast centered around conversations about change. It focuses on healing from trauma through the practice of spirituality, use of plant medicines, meditation and other tools for self-awareness, and self-improvement. Other topics are related to mental health, addiction recovery and overall transformation. Explicit Survival Mode Maliyah Coleman & Syminee Griffin Miller The purpose of Survival Mode is to reach and encourage women, men, anyone, and everyone - especially persons of color-, to talk more about their mental health and childhood and relationship trauma. And to encourage people to look within themselves and find what nourishes their soul and spirit. To find what their purpose is calling them to do, not just what society has told them they have to do to be “successful”. We want to broaden the scope for talking about the core beliefs many people have about themselves. Survival Mode’s goal is to get people to talk about the lives they have lived and the introspection they have formed because of it. We want people - including ourselves-, to learn to be okay with living within their truest form of authenticity! We want to recall the experiences that we felt “changed” us in our youth, whether that be the first heartbreak you experienced, the first sign of emotional neglect from your parents, or the first signs of addiction from earthly substanc Explicit Healing is the Revolution Institute of Women & Ethnic Studies Healing is the Revolution is a collection of podcasts brought to you by the Institute of Women & Ethnic Studies (IWES), a community-based public health non-profit founded in New Orleans in 1993. The first podcast is "Healing is the Revolution,"a soulful, intimate, and honest one-on-one conversation with IWES' Founder, noted psychiatrist and trauma expert Dr. Denese Shervington, and a guest. Individuals share intimate - and at times tragic - stories of creating successful lives beyond their traumatic beginnings and for some, untreated experiences. The series features a range of guests: each episode a personal story revealing joys, pains, and a path to healing. Dr. Shervington pulls from her training and study in both eastern and western healing modalities to guide these explorations of past, present, and future. In her own words, she describes the podcast as a place where “everyday people like us bare our souls as we try to learn from each other the naked truth of living.”<br Explicit Unfiltered: Life & Awakening Podcast Tanya Bennett, Elliott Bennett Hello and Welcome to the UNFILTERED podcast on all topics of Life, Love, Awakening, and Spirituality! If you find yourself on a journey, seeking answers to larger questions, or simply find yourself in a confused state of being, this podcast might be right for you. We started this podcast while being on our own journey of self discovery, awakening, and possibly just simple growth into adult maturity, with the hope that it can act as a catalyst both for ourselves in our progress and also for our listeners to start seeing the commonality between our lives, the journey of self, and awakening as a journey to self love, happiness, and simple knowing. We take on various topics, including relationships, parenting, spirituality, religion, soul self, trauma, depression, sadness, happiness, and love, all in line with our journey of progression, actualizing, and knowing. With all discussions in mind, our goal is to always frame the podcast to offer more insight into self Explicit
