Mike is a high performer in the world of business at a bank examiner with 30+ years of experience. He builds strong client relationships, leads high profile projects, and mentor many. While the work as a bank regulator and public servant was rewarding, he suffered through two crises over the last fifteen years. He saw first hand the toll working in and around Wall Street had on so many. His insights come from having seen and dealt with great conflict in his life and the lives of his ex-spouse, team members, clients, and supervisors. While he was busy devoting energy to business relationships, his 27-year marriage dissolved and other rich relationships since fell away under the weight of what his life had become. He was distracted or otherwise neglected the relationship with himself. It’s given him great insight into his prior insecurities and pitfalls of engaging daily with the rat race/have more pursuit of the “American Dream.” He reinvented himself from the inside out. It changed himself in every relationship for the better starting with his own. The call to directly impact more lives through coaching became too loud to ignore any longer. So that’s how he spends his days now, self-discovery and building his coaching business to touch as many lives as he can.
