6. The Dining Room — A 1920s Dinner Party With a Body in the Trunk

from In Another Room · host Violet Hour Media

The house leads Wendy to the dining room — and to a dinner party in 1928 that should not still be happening. Anne Larkin's husband Gregory has been losing his memory for months. This morning, during a heated argument, she killed him with a kitchen knife and hid his body in an old steamer trunk in the corner of the dining room. Tonight she has guests. The candles are lit. The wine is poured. And then Gregory — who is supposed to be in the trunk — walks into the room and takes his usual seat at the head of the table. In the trunk's lining, decades later, Wendy will find what the house has been leading her toward all along. Episode 6 of In Another Room — a serialized horror limited series in eight parts.
