Ep.1 Najwan Al Masri - The Precious Guesthouse

from Conversations In The Oven | Fil Kitchen

This first episode we are happy to be conversing with Najwan Al Masri. Najwan, has been Head of Memberships and Operations at Quintessentially Jordan for the last 10 years, before that she was a senior financial planner at HSBC and received her Master’s degree in International Finance from London Metropolitan university plus getting a diploma in hospitality and tourism from Ecole Hotelier de Glion from Switzerland, which I would think to believe is where the seed of her journey began to become one of the top rated hosts of a successful guest house she founded and runs in the Dead Sea in Jordan. This is where she could express her creativity and do what she loves most. Juju was always interested in mixing ingredients to make something new and realized early on that she has a gift for cooking and hosting, and decided to turn her passion into a purpose.
