I met Shar Weil in a room in Clubhouse early 2021 and as Clubhouse goes, inspired by what she said, I clicked across to her profile to find out more. Immediately I'm drawn to the statement: "Survived a 'fatal' brain tumor"I knew at that point that a vision of mine that I'd had for about a year, for a podcast called emerging leaders was about to be born. I was drawn to Shar immediately by a shared common past experience. Shar had faced a fatal brain tumor and survived. My dad had been given a stage 4 brain cancer diagnosis and died. Shar's story is by no means just about surviving a fatal brain tumor. As you'll discover through Shar's powerful story below, this incident was more the start, rather than the end of Shar's journey.
