Mick Fleming was my boss when I worked at the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) from 2003-2006. Mick was honored on July 18, 2017 at ACCE's 2017 Annual Convention in Nashville. This is my tribute to him as a boss, mentor, and friend.
