Rick and TJ met when they both worked for a nationwide wholesale firm. Sharing a common goal, they hit it off and have been partners ever since, starting their own wholesale company in 2008. In 2012, they got into notes, when they stepped into a big pile of notes by accident. Rick and TJ are focused on helping create sustainable homeownership for the underserved market, primarily the lower middle income borrowers, so that they can start to concentrate on being an active member of society again. They discuss a couple of different strategies they’re doing in their business that focuses around connecting money with meaning for both parties to benefit.
