Wuh Gine On Fairy Family! This brand new episode takes me to friend and Ifa Priestess Chief IfáṢèyí Ìyánífá Bamgbàlà. Who is a psychological health specialist and former Adjunct Professor of Loyola University’s graduate counseling program in New Orleans, LA and a graduate of Dillard University’s undergraduate psychology program. Chief IfáṢèyí is ordained and initiated as the Goddess Sri Arya Devi (Most Noble Goddess) in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. She was initiated and ordained into the Ancient Afrikan High Priesthood of Ifá (Traditional Afrikan Spirituality) in Osun State, Nigeria. Chief serves as one of the Diasporal Ambassadors for Ile Arẹ̀sà (Headquartered in Yorùbáland, Nigeria). Today I sit not only with her, but also forty of her 140 students, who are currently at the Ifá Yorùbá Ancestor-Òrìṣà Pilgrimage Birmingham, Alabama.
