Death is something you have no control over how or when it happens, but today on The Mary Dee Show, we have a little chat about death that will help you reframe death so that you can prepare, accept and even find joy at the end of life.    Planning your funeral can be a difficult conversation to have with your loved ones, but it is a conversation that can save your family the heartache of trying to guess what you would have wanted during one of the most painful moments of their life. When you lose a loved one, it can be a gut-wrenching experience, so having a plan while you can make your desires clear, can make the process so much easier on your family and ensure that you are honored the way you want to be.    In this episode, I share my near-death experience, which gave me clarity about life and rebirth. I don't know what happens when you die, but I know that it is an opportunity to be reborn.
