Jeff Slate continues to live his life immersed in Rock N Roll. Never confined solely to his own music through the years, his work as a rock journalist has also been an incredible part of his creative life. His writings including Liner Notes for The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Dylan, just to name a few.This was a fascinating conversation through his own unique musical journey, beginning in the heart of 1980's New York City, through to his many interactions with his musical heroes along the way. At the core of his inspiration from a young age, those four young men from Liverpool. Jeff's most recent album, 'Last Day of Summer' (2024) is a genuinely terrific work, start to finish, and well worth discovering, if you are yet to do so.
