I personally have child hood trauma, trauma from my teens, trauma from losing loved ones..... the list goes on. I dive a bit into the trauma that I have endured and how i am continuing on. There are days people seem to not give a dam about you and your well being. Stick to this, lets get through this shit together. It's a hard knock life already... why make it harder???
