Ep 211 - CARES Act Funds & Your Business with the SBDC (Earl Gregorich)

from Tech After Five · host Phil Yanov

Small businesses are facing an unprecedented economic disruption due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The CARES Act, which contains $376 billion in relief for American workers and small businesses is a program with money to help during the disruption. How does the program work? How do we apply? What do we need to be careful about? We have questions, so we went to an expert for answers.  In this helpful episode of the podcast we talk to Earl Gregorich, Upstate Area Manager of the South Carolina SBDC (Small Business Development Center) to get our answers about the PPP (Payroll Protection Act) and EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loan Emergency Advance) programs as well as others you may not be aware of.
