That as humans we have come to learn that honouring our pain for what it is has become the most powerful way for us to heal deeply. Our pain is here to teach us to soften, soften within our heart to learn to heal. Soften in our soul to show the way for others. Soften in our mind to give clarity within our lives. But this will only occur when our pain is seen for what it is.
