Pete has worked professionally since 1998 in numerous projects such as backing a major artist in the time time television show Hitparade der Volksmusik to playing in the remake of the Christmas song Do They Know it’s Christmas for Radio Capitol FM. Recently he has been Musical Director in a private TV production and plays with different bands all over the country as well as having travelled the world on his work for P&O cruise ships onboard the Oriana.

He has performed with such prestigious international artists such as Brian Dee, Rosemary Squires (Sammy Davis Jr., Les Paul), The London Gala Orchestra, Teatro, Maria Friedmann (Stephen Sondheim, Michael Legrand), Nick Meier (Jeff Beck group), Giorgio Serci (Naim, Antonio Fortione), Bill Bruford, Tim Sanders (Eric Clapton, The Who), Sam Fylnn (Roachford, Eurythmics, Stevie Wonder), Terl Bryant (John Paul Jones), among many others.

Pete has worked under the musical direction of Brian Dee (Miles Davis, Fred Astaire, Peggy Lee, ,,Downbeat” poll as best British Jazz pianist in 1962) Steve Bell (London Philharmonic, Royal Philharmonic, English Chamber Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia, BBC Symphony, the Chamber Orchestra of Europe.) Olivier Awards winning Michael Haslam, Chris Walker (Oliver) among many others.

The festivals and venues he played in include Pizza Express Dean Street Jazz Club Soho, Kings Place Music Festival, Bill’s Head In Barnes, The Royal Festival Hall (Purcell Room), West Wycombe Music Festival, Menier Chocolate Factory, International Guitar Festival (London). Pete Roth has just finished his fourth international tour for MGP records promoting his new album Meridian.
