Anthony of Live Bearded talks with JD about how he and his partner started with an idea of building product for beardsmen and did initial research with a free + shipping offer via Facebook ads that moved 10,000 + beard combs and helped them acquire 10,000 + paying customers. They then invited the 10,000 + initial customers to a private Facebook Group and spent the better part of 2016 talking with their customers about what they wanted and created their products based on that input. 2017 was really their first year selling stuff, and they absolutely shot out of the gate.
