I was literally recording from bed after the longest day ever, but sometimes that’s when the most authentic conversations happen.Since starting Atomic Habits, I’ve been reflecting a lot on my own habits and how they’ve shaped me in the last few years. In this episode, I break down the psychology behind habits in a simple way, using real life examples. I asked my friends about their 2026 goals and came up with small daily habits they can implement to get them closer to said goals. I then went into my own personal goals for 2026. We also get into Habit Tracking... why it works, why our brains love it, and how it can make sticking to habits feel more satisfying and manageable.
