EP 4: Bio-cultural restoration: refostering local roots – with Edo Cáceres Salgado

How to connect place, culture and economy according to the principles of agro-ecology for present and future generations? How do we refoster our local roots and rebuild a local economy? Our guest in this episode is Edo Caceres Salgado. With Chilean roots and a strong connection to his ancestral lands, Edo got in touch with agro-ecology and regenerative farming whilst setting up his own farm in Chili.
