La sanidad española tiene un gran agujero: necesitaríamos 100.000 enfermeras más para alcanzar la media europea. Según el Ministerio de Sanidad, también faltan 6.000 médicos. Pero hay una paradoja: en realidad tenemos más médicos por habitante que la mayoría de países europeos. Entonces, ¿dónde está el problema? Este episodio desvela cómo los profesionales sanitarios están atrapados en un modelo organizativo ineficiente, que no premia la excelencia ni consigue que trabajar más signifique atender mejor. ¿Podría una reorganización de los equipos y las profesiones resolver la crisis de personal?
