He also oversees STIHL's trade association relationship development and is on the board of directors of the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET), PLANET AEF (Academic Excellence Foundation) and the National Hispanic Landscape Alliance (NHLA). Phelps is also involved with STIHL's environmental stewardship strategy.
