Her team produces the Power Your Purpose Employee Giving Campaign and Xcel Energy’s Day of Service, the company’s largest corporate volunteer event. Prior to joining Xcel Energy, Bonnie spent fifteen years working in the nonprofit sector at organizations including the Downtown Denver Partnership and the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation. Passionate about community and giving back, Bonnie was honored with the 2024 Brian Smith Award for Outstanding Community Leadership by Mile High United Way. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Park People, Mile High Youth Corp, B:CIVIC Advisory Board and Colorado VOAD’s Advisory Board. Monica Stitt, Owner/President, Monica Stitt LLC Monica Stitt is a seasoned technology executive and community leader in Denver, Colorado, with over two decades of experience in the tech industry across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Most recently, Monica was the Chief Operating Officer at Colorado Technology Association. Prior to that, she was the Chief Strategy Officer at the State of Colorado Governor's Office of IT leading the organization's strategy development and execution as well as defining the state's broadband and IT economic development strategy. Monica has also held numerous leadership positions in the private sector at Oracle and Sun Microsystems. Monica currently serves on the Elevations Credit Union Board of Directors and the YMCA of Metro Denver Board of Directors. She previously served on the board of directors for Regis University Anderson College of Business & Computing Executive Advisory Board, Crystal Diagnostics, the Women’s Leadership Foundation, the Society for Information Management (SIM) Colorado, and Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and the associate board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
