Ep 4 - You Own Your Own Story

Let's talk about the shame we feel about sharing our stories. So many of the people I talk with are finally coming to a place where they say their story has held them back, they have been ashamed of it, but now they are showing up with all of it! I say, shame no more! (and also, good job!) (and also also, it was always yours to own). When you choose to fully own your story, you realize that there's nothing anyone 'out there' can do to it, or you.
