Today I'm bringing you the top seven things that I really see that need to be in place to feel safe enough to actually be able to use the information you're learning about your human design in your life and apply it to your life with ease in 2023. The 7 tips I'll be covering today are: Start Small & Educate yourself: If you're feeling overwhelmed or intimidated by the idea of using your Human Design, start with small steps. Focus on learning one aspect of your chart, such as your Human Design Type, and experiment with applying it to your life. Seek support: Working with a Human Design mentor or coach can provide a safe and supportive space to explore and integrate your Human Design. You can also connect with online communities and forums to share your experiences and learn from others. Trust yourself: Your Human Design is a reflection of your unique self, and no one knows you better than you do. Trust your intuition and inner guidance as you explore and apply your Human Design to your life. Practice self-care: Take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Learning your specific self-care needs within your human design will also be helpful to give yourself the best self-care for you. Embrace your uniqueness: Remember that you are a freaking "once in a lifetime cosmic event," and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Embrace your uniqueness and trust that you have everything you need to achieve your best life inside of YOU. Be patient: Change takes time, and it's important to be patient with yourself as apply your Human Design. As corny as it is, remember that it's a journey, and there will be highs and lows as you go. Embrace experimentation: Your Human Design is a tool for experimentation and self-discovery. It is a life-long experiment of fun and wonder.
