EP 5: Mental Health PT 1- The Unraveling

Mental health is something we are very passionate about. We have both struggled with and are still navigating this topic. We are not experts, but we want to invite you into a safe space to discuss this topic, which can understandably be very difficult. Mental health affects all of us, it's real, we just may not understand it, and it looks different for many individuals- hormonal, chemical, spiritual. How do we walk with Jesus when it's all crashing down? We address our fears, feeling alone, lies from our spiritual enemy-Satan, denial, post-partum, forming friendships in the pain, freedom, growing in empathy, and confession of being in need of a Savior.
