Ep.5 That Oprah Interview

So we watched that Oprah interview, with Harry and Meghan; it's safe to say a lot was covered in that tv special that shocked a lot of us. Nevertheless, there were three main topics of conversation that we believe are vital in exploring, mental health, Racism and the media. In this episode, emotions surface up and take formation in anger and disappointment. After listening to this episode, we encourage you to make a decision on which of the three topics mentioned (mental health, racism or the media) is closest to your heart and open up a question involving it. If you find yourself not wanting to discuss any of these... we encourage you then to have the conversation with yourself as to why not? Because you may just be adding to these issues staying silent.  As always, stay safe, look after yourself and continue these conversations wherever and whenever you can!
