EP 59: Aging Healthy and Intermittent Fasting with Laurie Lewis

from Mental Health, RECLAIMED. with Dr. Azi Jankovic and Friends · host Dr. Azi & Co | Azi Jankovic | Produced by Kesher Media

Kicking bad habits is never easy-- Laurie Lewis knows exactly this feeling from when she kicked sugar almost 20 years ago. Growing up, Laurie maintained a very midwestern American diet, totally opposite to her new palette for bitter greens. With her life now as an intermittent fasting coach, she’s always been a big advocate for the diet since it helped her through her own time with menopause. Since then, she’s been spreading the word to help women going through the same thing, hopefully providing the solution for them to overcome the weight, emotional, and mental issues that come with this giant hormonal shift in our bodies.
