Ep.7 Ben Craughwell – Building for Better, Advice for the Ambitious

Ben Craughwell is the owner and founder of The Better Man project, where he works exclusively with men to improve all aspects of their lives by coaching in the areas of health and fitness. Ben is also a competitive Power Lifter and soon to be Father. On episode seven of the podcast Ben walks us through how he founded the Better Man Project. We talk about a few of the basic principles he instils in his Clients, such as paying yourself first, that have helped facilitate some of the huge transformations his Men have had. We look at how people can fall into a trap of living a reactive life.
