He has been a licensed clinical psychologist since 1999 and is currently a member of Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, a diplomate for the Academy of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and a certified behavior therapist by the International OCD Foundation Behavior Therapy Training Institute. Dr. Carter recently founded a specialized online clinic called OCD123 that is available to persons residing in California seeking integrated evidence-based therapies.
