This Encore episode will help you focus on what to say yes to and what to let go of this holiday season so you can create space for joy, connection, and a season that truly aligns with your values. We're looking at our holiday to-do lists, all of the expectations, the things that are present that kind of overwhelm us and cause us to feel that stress.
