After a more than 14 year delay, Las Vegas' tallest casino-hotel is finally back on track. And the man in charge of bringing  Fontainebleau Las Vegas to life is veteran hotelier Cliff Atkinson. He talks about growing up in San Francisco wanting to be a chef and run a restaurant - and how he morphed into running hotels.
