Summary
When we look at life as something we just have to get through we miss out on how much we can truly be a part of it. Life as a Practice has us become aware of how we feel and what these feelings are trying to teach us about ourselves. The more we practice becoming aware of ourselves the more connected we become with the Love we all have within us. Practicing Mindfulness will help you become aware of how much we are distracted without even noticing it. It is through the Practice that you will learn to teach yourself to rewire your brain to serve the Higher Authentic Self that resides within you. It is here that you will come into your Power of Love. It is here that you will set yourself Free. It is here that you will Practice what we have learned so far in the Podcast Episodes. Much Love
