Trevor Noah, Elon Musk, Charlize Theron, Bonang Matheba, and many other S.A. celebrities who left the country for overseas greener pastures; are the reason why our country is lacking in talent to create and manufacture our own S.A. brands to export abroad. I'll be the next to follow. The UK, USA, Canada, and European countries are where aspiring individuals with tongue and cheek need to focus their attention, goals, and ambitions. To prepare, thrive, and build legacies for themselves. This is how we can begin to set high standards for professional personal achievements. Setting high standards is not an option, but a necessary tool for our follow-up succession planning.
