In this episode, I share a quote by author Dr. Allison Cook, who says in her book The Best of You, "Your identity isn't fixed. It's a process of bringing out the best of you." This started me on a path of digging into a fixed vs. growth mindset. I get very transparent today about some false labels I have been wearing for far too long. It is an emotional one but I felt the need to peel back the curtain to show some deep work I am tackling in this season. I always want to be real with you.
