Ep# 86 - The World Changer's Job Description

from S C H L Y C E · host Schlyce

“The World Changer’s Job Description,” is about recognizing that YOU are a world changer because Jesus lives in you (and He’s a radical world changer). It’s about owning your Kingdom assignment to change the world. And it’s about understanding that it’s not going to look the way you think it’s going to look! Accepting your assignment to change the world - whatever that is for you - is one thing. But expecting it to be easy and problem free, like, “If Jesus wants me to do this, everything will instantly and magically line up,” is where many world changers drop the ball. Life in the Kingdom is not about problem free living. It’s about having a different relationship with problems. It’s about recognizing that problems are showing up FOR you. In this week’s podcast we’ll go over: • The tendency to avoid problems rather than confronting them with the power of the Holy Spirit • How challenges and problems are really opportunities to develop our identity in Christ, our faith in God, and let the Christ in us be revealed • The power of our individual journeys through our problems and how they glorify God • How, as always, our union with Jesus is foundational in being the overcomers we are designed to be to change the world Beloved, there are no limitations in God, which means there are no limitations in what He can accomplish through you... EXCEPT in what you are capable of believing about Him and about problems. Problems are not problems. The problem is always the way we think about the problem.

NEWMORROW SESSIONS - A PodCast Series on the Future of Hospitality Mario C. Bauer, Florian Schneider, Axel Weber & Dr. Tillman Bardt The Newmorrow PodCast is more than a podcast — it's a platform for open dialog on the future of our business, a platform for those building what doesn’t exist yet. Here, we share and embrace our passion for the hospitality industry, but we won’t romanticize the journey. We ask the tough questions, confront uncomfortable truths, and prepare for a future that resists easy answers. We believe that the tougher and wilder times become, the more openly, honestly and humanely people need to talk to each other and act together. We believe, openness, togetherness, and truthfulness should also be cornerstones of a professional community to develop our utopian idea of „open source“. This is a space where visionaries don’t just imagine the future — they wrestle with the paradoxes that shape it: success vs. happiness, data vs. instinct, stability vs. reinvention. Join leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers as they share not what made them — but what’s actively shaping them, now and next. So tune in
