Alejandra, frustrated by Scott’s protectiveness, insists that this discovery could unravel Knox’s entire system, but Scott, deeply shaken by the danger, pulls her away before she can complete her work. The unresolved tension between them leaves both frustrated, with Alejandra feeling stifled by Scott’s overprotection. Later, at the safe house, Quantum Quinn offers an explanation about entanglement, revealing that Knox’s manipulation is more than just control over others’ decisions—Knox is also entangling his own consciousness with those he influences. Back at the safe house, the tension between Alejandra and Scott finally boils over. Alejandra confronts Scott, accusing him of treating her like someone who constantly needs saving. She believes she could have made a crucial breakthrough if he hadn’t pulled her away. Scott, driven by fear of losing her, tries to explain that his actions stem from love and a promise to keep her safe.
