Ep 9: Everybody’s Getting Sober

In this episode I speak about a dinner where almost half of the guests were sober. I was so interested in how these people were sober, their own programs and what to share with you, the listeners. Some of us were in Alcoholics Anonymous and some were not. I divulge what their stories are and suggestions for your own journey in sobriety. What can you do to stay sober? What strategies can you implement? How can you live this one precious life to the absolute fullest and in the best, most authentic way that you can.
