In this episode,  I speak about the difference between arrogance and confidence. Confidence: is a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities. Arrogance: having an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities. Very different yet many times people confuse confidence with arrogance. The key differentiator between the two is the foundation.
