However, your 20s are some of the most lonely times you have ever faced, whether it is not having a structure to follow, maintain connections with friends, struggling to find a career, and figuring out what success means to you. The challenges get more complicated when you don't have a strong support system and going through mental health traumas and disabilities that you don't know how to process, cope with, or even be vulnerable.
