EP025 - HOW TO LIVE WITH GRIEF - PAUL MCGREGOR

from Whole Man Academy · host Anthony Astbury

Paul McGregor is a guy on a mission to normalise mental health conversations. With a fresh approach and a fast growing social media presence, Paul has risen from a tragedy 9 years ago when his life was turned upside down after his Dad, a man who had ‘everything’ on paper, took his own life. Paul is now a mental health speaker, advocate and author and is helping to encourage those who suffer in silence to speak up, and have the tools to navigate this sometimes challenging world. We also speak about standing in front of famous people to talk, tips for guys stuck at home, and much more. Paul is also a dear friend of the WMA and has spoken at 2 of our events, one of them being our biggest ever alongside style icon and WMA Global Ambassador Mr David Gandy. https://www.instagram.com/pmcgregorcom/ http://www.pmcgregor.com
