EP089 - WARRIOR SPIRIT - CYRUS K. HENRY

from Whole Man Academy · host Anthony Astbury

We head to Nicaragua this week for an amazing and deep talk with Cyrus K Henry, an Indigenous Maori from New Zealand and founder of the Tama Taane retreat for men.   Among his real-world learnings, Cyrus studied at The Awareness Institute in Sydney, Australia, and moves in the world of transformation, shamanism, your 3rd eye, and natural healing.    We talk about warrior spirit, powerful morning routines, fatherhood, transformation for men, our journey from boy to man, and a whole lot more.   Cyrus has created a 5-day immersion event for men that is absolutely unique, incorporating customs from his Maori culture “The Haka”.  This haka is called “Te Tangi Pakanga A Te Tangata” meaning “The War Cry Of Man”.   We also get involved in the "Hongi" which roughly translates to "the sharing of breath".   It is the traditional indigenous Māori New Zealand greeting, with the nose. Nice!   You can check out the retreat here   www.tamataane.com/wme/  and follow Cyrus here www.instagram.com/thepandashaman/   Also, men, join the hundreds of guys around the world who read our weekly game-changing e-Letter.   Hit the link to get involved.  https://www.wholemanacademy.com/movement   And remember, the world needs strong men.
