Both of us agreed that there is a need for a well-defined onboarding and induction process for new hires once you've identified the right candidates  Then we discussed the importance of employer brand and presenting an attractive online image to attract candidates. Showcasing your company's mission and values is just as important as including specifics about the job role and benefits package.
