Scott completed his four-year plumber’s apprenticeship August 1, 1989 through the Plumbers & Pipefitters Union, Local #230 and became a Licensed Plumbing Contractor on October 21, 1993. Scott is the CEO of Black Mountain Plumbing, Inc. and has served on the Executive Board of the San Diego Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Contractors Association. He is an expert witness for litigation involving plumbing issues (CV located under Litigation Support on this Website). Scott has a background in Construction Management which affords him the knowledge and experience required to efficiently and correctly recreate or correct existing plumbing systems to meet the specifications of our customers.
