Ephesians 6:5-9

from Calvary Nexus Sunday Sermons · host Bruce Zachary

Most of us will spend more time in connection with work or school than any other environment, or group of people. Prior to the fall in the Garden, God had given man work to do in the Garden and declared that it was good (Gen. 2:15). After the fall (Gen. 3), work became more difficult and burdensome, but can still be rewarding (emotionally, spiritually, physically, and financially). And work can be redemptive as Christ is reflected in your work. Let’s consider God’s plan for work, how to reflect Jesus in your work, and how to experience contentment in work.
