In this episode we visit with Steve Fithian, CCIM, CPM, SEC. Steve is an very successful real estate investor that started out his investment journey in California that moved to Texas in 1990 and started multiple real estate businesses. His two main companies that focus on residential investment properties are Visions Realty and Investments, Inc. and Frontline Property Management - both are based in Fort Worth, Texas. Since buying his first investment property in 1979 (one year after college graduation), Steve has owned many investment properties and has also sold hundreds of homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex through his brokerage. He currently has ownership in 35 single family homes and is either the Promotor or has passive ownership in over 9 commercial properties. In this episode we cover his current portfolio, how he got started investing, what he would recommend to new investors, and much more!
