For over a decade I worked as a Prison Health Service Manager and Administrator. I have seen, first-hand, what life is like behind the wall. It wasn't until I was away from the environment that I could truly examine the impact incarceration has on all of those close to it. It is my intention to change the narrative of the 2.2 million citizens incarcerated in the United States.
