In it Steve Sharman (Hackthorn Innovation) talks with Zina Pearce, Chief Solutions Officer of UK based SelectScience, about supporting an entrepreneur through thick and thin, carving out family time, mental health, the thirst for stats, angry hoovering and phone addiction! Zina is the partner of Nick Pearce, who co-founded Object Matrix, a cloud storage software business established in 2003 and subsequently acquired in January 2023.
