Episode 1: Welcome to My Romantic Cynic World

Thank you for listening to my first episode!In this episode, I introduce myself to you and answer the question: “How did I become a romantic cynic?” My mom inspired me to become a romantic with the many hours of watching classic Hollywood films such as: Gone with the Wind and Breakfast at Tiffany’s. The beginning of my cynical side can be dated back to elementary school! Life can be cruel, and kids can be crueler. As I grew up, I came to the realization that relationships take hard work.Laughter, staying positive, and learning to be kind to myself taught me to have hope in love. I hope that you’ll take this podcast journey with me as I talk about my real-life experiences, giving my truthful opinion in what I see in relationships (healthy and toxic), and observations on love. Yours Truly, The Romantic Cynic
