About Alayna: Alayna Horvath is a young, forward-thinking Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. She has been dedicated to helping others with their health after her father's passing from colon cancer as a child, and therefore, has spent most of her life studying nutrition. As a long distance runner herself for more than ten years, she is passionate about educating female endurance athletes how to properly nourish their bodies and minds to run their absolute best, without restriction of any sort. This includes quicker recoveries, improving performance, injury prevention, and having a harmonious relationship with food. Alayna loves exploring the world, building close relationships, trying new foods, and living a fulfilling life.
