Episode 11 Monday 18th March

Send us Fan MailMonday. Its a reasonable start to the day. Its a 11am start at the gym and on the way I put the petition in the collection box in our local convenience store. Then in the afternoon I have my annual asthma review. Then its home. In the evening I cook my works food and then to bed. Tuesday. Its another beginning working week. I contact my union branch secretary on how to move things forward with my new employer. He comes back to tell my he needs to set up a meeting with us. This he confirms he will I also ask if he will email me the confirmation copying in my union Rep. Then its just a normal day. Wednesday. Today began in the usual manner. wet! Talked to jim on my daily cleaning duties. Then home and then I cook my second lot of work food and then to bed. Thursday. For the next two days my friend jim is on holiday so there is no one see or talk to. A bit boring! Saturday. I'm a passionate labour man. I speak up for those that don't speak. Today My Conservative MP comes to my community for one of her "open meetings" And I attend. Some of her staff recognise's me as she lives in a village I have to campaign in and members of the local Conservative association are there as well. I'm there on my pressing national issues but the local community turn up due to concerns over the retirement village. She wants to tell everyone how great the present conservative government has been and brush's off any comment and questions about the retirement village. But I leave early as I setup my Campaign stall. The afternoon and the evening are free time. Sunday. Is a normal day! The weekly shopping trip and then home, cook the sunday roast and then to bed.
