Many of us as parents want to get back at our teen or punish them or ignore them or their behavior. Let’s be honest here as parents when we feel disrespected or rejected, and we don’t recognize that child in front of us we get bitter and just want to do something to make them appreciate what they have. In my research I discovered that when our kids “act out”,they are just doing or reacting out what they can not say in words. And our stress and repression has a lot to do with it.
